This is a free dump station with free potable water. There is a spigot right next to the dump with potable water that can also be used for rinse. The dump and water are on the side of the car wash next to the air. They also sale bulk propane here which is convenient. The gas station can be very busy and access to the dump may be hindered if you have a large rig. There is a dirt parking area beside the building that would be a good way to turn around if you need to get a better angle on the dump. Overall it is a convenient one-stop shop for RVers! Do not know if it is open all year, but definitely open for Spring and Summer.
